Old toys and new toys

As I have been getting old, more toys have been showing up! I still love my first bunny, but this giant bear that showed up today is pretty sweet!

Sitting up and laying down

When my Mom gets home from work we like to practice sitting up on my mat. I'm getting pretty good, but when I get tired I just lay down on Mom.

Lounging in my Robe

Sometimes after I take a bath I like to lounge in my robe. Pretty cute, huh?

Diving?

On Sunday we also watched Uncle Chris make this amazing dive! Look how shocked I look.

Sunday we went back to the river but I wore a dress instead. What a pretty day!

After the river I took a nap because I was tired after all the excitement! So did Uncle Chris.

First Time at the River!

This weekend I got to go to the River and Daddy and I put our feet in. I didn't get in much further because it was too cold!

I also hung out with my Aunt Katie

And my Aunt Becky and Uncle Jared. It was a big time.

It's finally summer weather and I can rock out my new bikini! What do you guys think? I think I definitely have the body for this!

We had lots of company this weekend! Pup, Katie and Uncle Eric. Before everyone left I made them get together for some good shots. I even dressed up for the occasion!

Sleepy Time!

After all my showing off I feel asleep with Daddy. He likes to cuddle during the weekends.

This weekend my Pup came to visit and I showed him how I use my jumper (thanks for the present Pup!) and how well I can sit up these days! He was very impressed.

Chicken?

On Saturday I had my first time at Chick-Fil-A! But no chicken for me, maybe next time.

Doctors?

Today I went to the doctor, but this time I didn't get any shots! Turns out it was for Mom, but I didn't believe it was true until we left. This is my skeptical face.

Eating

After I finish eating Momma gives me my spoon for practice. I think I like this spoon better with stuff on it, but NOT green peas!

Sitting Up

Today was Momma's last day at home and so we practiced sitting up on the mat. I tell you what, this boppy makes it much easier!

Today Momma took me on a walk with Halifax and I had a BLAST! I have to wear my hat alot these days but it turns out its super cute on me so it's okay :)

Sweet Potatoes, Again

I don't like bananas, so after I give them a try (trying to make the parents happy), I get sweet potatotes! Which I really love.

Talking and Moving

I am practicing and practicing talking! I think I'm getting lots better though. Sometimes it sounds like "mamamamama," I will tell you Daddy is very sad. I am also practicing moving around my mat, but to date I'm not interested in crawling.

My Mom is staying home with me for a few days so we are doing all sorts of stuff, like trying
bananas. I do NOT enjoy bananas...


But I do like naps in my crib.

The Weekend

So this weekend I went to see my Pups with Daddy while Momma stayed to hang out with her law school friends. Unfortunately, the camera was in my diaper bag and Daddy didn't know so we didn't get any pictures this weekend! But here is me with my new friend Karen. I think we are very cute together!

While I was in Austin I laid around outside in my pack and play. I love to be outside! And sometimes a girl needs some down time and not to be held all day.
